VIBEE LIGHTING – Light Installation Services
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by VIBEE LIGHTING (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the customer (“Client” or “you”). By scheduling or purchasing any light installation service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
We specialize in professional installation, maintenance, and removal of lighting systems, including but not limited to holiday, decorative, landscape, and architectural lighting.
All work is performed according to the scope and specifications agreed upon in the service estimate or invoice.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, additional requests, or unforeseen factors discovered during installation.
Any changes to the original scope must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work begins.
4. Payments
A 50% deposit is required to schedule installation.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and electronic payments.
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly late fee.
5. Scheduling and Delays
We strive to complete projects on time; however, scheduling may be affected by weather, supply issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and reschedule as needed without penalty.
6. Property Access
The Client must ensure clear and safe access to the installation area, including permission to use power sources, ladders, and mounting points as needed.
The Company is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from lack of access or unsafe conditions.
7. Materials and Equipment
All materials provided remain the property of VIBEE LIGHTING until full payment is received.
If the Client provides their own lighting or materials, VIBEE LIGHTING is not responsible for defects, malfunctions, or incompatibility.
8. Warranty
VIBEE LIGHTING provides a 90-day workmanship warranty on installation services.
Manufacturer warranties on products (if applicable) will be honored according to the manufacturer’s terms.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, animals, vandalism, or customer tampering.
9. Liability
VIBEE LIGHTING carries general liability insurance for its operations.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage not caused by our negligence.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold VIBEE LIGHTING harmless from claims arising from misuse or alteration of the installation.
10. Removal of Lights
If removal services are included or requested, they will be performed within a reasonable timeframe following the end of the display season or per the agreed schedule.
11. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date.
The 50% deposit may be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment or after materials have been ordered.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
13. Acceptance
By signing a work order, accepting a quote, or scheduling service with the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
